Access To Headrest Dvd Screen

I appear to have a loose connection behind the drivers side headrest screen that is intermittently causing the picture to disappear. A quick tap of the headrest brings the picture back.

 

Does anyone know how to get the screen out of the headrest without breaking anything?? I had a go at prising the plastic frame out but it wouldn't budge and I didn't want to resort to lethal force on it. Well not just yet anyway!
