Hiya,

 

Does anyone know of a decent Vauxhall Vectra forum ?

 

I am having bother with Engine Management light flashing up on occasion on a 2002 Vectra, and would like to find a Vauxhall forum to ask for support.

What engine?, when does it happen etc??

Hi Mike99,

 

The warning light comes on at random, sometines goes for 300 miles without coming on, other times comes on and stays on for 40 mile joourney, other time comes on mid-journey and goes off again without stopping the car.

 

There is no pattern to it, for example, today I travelled 80 miles, no light on. If it comes on, it normally stays on for the duration of the journey.

 

I am lost for why it is coming on.

Sorry Mike99, Forgot the engine details, It is a 1.8LS '52 registration.

 

I thought the light might be exhaust related or somehing like that ?

which light is it? theres 2 engine lights, check the handbook to see which one it is.
