Air Con Fully Gassed - No Leaks - But Only Blows Hot

Title says it all really.

Had Air Con preasure tested - All OK no leaks.

But they did mention it may be overfull !?!?!?

All I get is hot air.

Any thoughts anyone ???

(Have read loads of previous posts but couldn't find this problem)
