maximus Posted April 26, 2007 Report Posted April 26, 2007 Hi All! I'm the proud owner of a 1999 Galaxy GhiaX TDI. The owner told me it's a 110BHJP model but the insurance database seems to think its only a 90BHP... I've looked on Parkers and that seems to indicate the GhiaX only comes as a 110BHP, any ideas? Anyway, I've sorted the dickie relay for the engine electronics and glow plugs etc. next is a full service including cam belt and a good valet. I'll be posting on here lots I think as we've got a caravan, 3 kids and the Galaxy is just what we were looking for. As far as I've read Galaxy's make excellent tow cars, and if mine really is a 110 BHP model it should tow well. I'm thinking about getting a tuning box from www.tdi-tuning.co.uk so I'll be sure to have a search on here to see what people reckon. Well impressed with the Galxy as it has 2 seats with built in child seats, really clever idea, don't know why they don't all have them. Hope that's a good enough intro... CheersMaximus Quote
