I Found This On My Pc..

Ive been sort of going through my pc..now ive found a lot of programms on it that i didnt know i had or knew were there or thought i had got rid of..i unded up in something and i found this...not sure if i should delete it..here is some of it..it is long!..but here are a few lines..can anyone tell me what it is please?this is just a very very very small bit of it..Will it be ok to delete?..or should i leave it?

looks like an installation log of some sort - what was the file called - you can usually delete these - where was it located (directory)

its called msxml4-KB927978-enu-Notepad

 

No idea where it was....i can send you the whole lot if you want..didnt want to put it all on here.i was in programmes..then i was in windows...umm..then i was in summit that had loads of folders..and this was in a folder..

ok..so is it a virus?or just something failed to clean up?..conflicting what i have read so far..some are saying their pc slowed right down..some said files went walkies...

 

ahh..so its not a virus..its a form of patch type thingy from microsoft?

wondered why i had hundreds of folders all with obscure numbers on em!!...dont think ill delete them all right now though...need to read more of it..

Have you ever tried "easycleaner"?

it does but i custom install them...there are loads more like it..
