Mfd Dx And Non-dx Maps

I am a little unsure which version of the MFD I have got.

The part numbers are :-

7 612 001 040

1M21 18K931 AA

7M5 035 191 A

 

It has been supplied with 2006DX discs (from eBay)

 

It reads the disc and displays the map but doesn't display any street names and give the message "you are not currently located on a digital map"

 

Does it meen the disc should be non-DX?

no just go into the main menu and reposition your car on the new mapping or take a drive along a duel carrage way at about 60 mph for about 6 miles and that should do it
