Ian in Northampton Posted April 20, 2007 Report Posted April 20, 2007 Hi there team - long time since I was here... A couple of questions that I'd be grateful for your learned thoughts on: 1. The dashboard analogue clock mounted on the fascia on the Mark 2: should it be illuminated? And if 'yes', but it isn't - how do I change the bulb? Is it straightforward? 2. My AC has packed in - again... Big surprise, I know. Symptoms this time are no cold air (of course) but the light built in to the switch doesn't even come on either. Just before I spend megabucks on it (does anyone know of a good alternative to a Fraud dealer for AC problems in the Northampton area?) - does anyone have any thoughts? Cheers, Ian Quote
Andrew T Posted April 20, 2007 Report Posted April 20, 2007 (edited) Hello again Ian. Yes it is illuminated, I think you lever it out using the 2 wooden bits of a dismantled clothes peg. A/C Worth just checking the fuses before you throw money at it. Edited April 20, 2007 by Andrew T Quote
Ian in Northampton Posted April 20, 2007 Author Report Posted April 20, 2007 Andrew, thanks. On the clock, can you be a bit more explicit about the 'it' that you lever out? And: can you recommend me a source of gypsies so I can get me some clothes pegs? ;) Good thought on the AC. Cheers, Ian Quote
