Got sent this and it made me chuckle!!

 

Thought you all might enjoy this, and you've gotta do this before someone at Google fixes it......

 

1. go to www.google.co.uk

2. click on "maps"

3. click on "get directions"

4. type "New York" in the first box (the "from" box)

5. type "London" in the second box (the "to" box)

6. click "Get Directions" button

I've actually done stages 1 to 23 admittedly slightly different to the route suggested, started in Manhattan and ended just outside Boston from point 20 the route sucks! stay on the Mass pike (if you can? a lot of the times the tunnels are closed! so you get diverted round Boston city center :o nice place if you have the time to visit!) go through Ted williams, which will bring you out at Logan international, grab a coffee from Dunkin Donuts when you get into the airport as when you get through to the departure lounge all you can get is crappy Maccy D's and Starbucks coffee :o take a flight to LHR. 7.5 hrs later you home in the UK :o and you missed out stages 25 to 43 which is good as you stayed away from France ;)

and if you do get to go to Boston take a trip up to Memorial Hill and say rather loudly isnt this a memorial to celebrate you lot getting your arse kicked and running away? and wasnt this thing built and paid for by a load of women? ahh, so that explains while it's no where near where the actual battle took place! told you women cant read maps :D

I think I have an old 25yards Underwater Certificate somewhere......might need to pratcice a bit more.

25yards wouldnt get you past the the first pleasure cruise boats that moor up on long wharf! 25 yards? mmm, you may how ever make it across the central fish tank in the Aquarium, that is if the sharks dont get you! :lol:
