HI all colinjohn here. new member,bought a 1998 tdi gal with 99k on the clock.love it! Thought i get the belt changed,booked gal in.On the day drove to garage,half way there,yes you guessed it belt went.Luckily not too bad not to much damage,cost 700 big ones.I now have the gal back going well. the other thing i want to say i have gained so much info on just reading on the site.Fixed flashing glow plug, know all about the aux heater. keep up the good work. Hi there, I need to do my timing belt and having read your post I guess I'll do it before I use it any more! Had the flashing glow plug problem too, now sorted.

 

And to think I wanted an Espace to begin with.... Galaxy is way better!
