Acceptable Condition?

Hi all,

Please could you have a look at this pic and tell me if you think this pipe (bottom left) is in OK condition. If not, would it be a big job (ie expensive) to get it fixed.

Is it the air intake pipe work? If it is, and there is a hole I`d replace the pipe or tape it up.

I`m on the look out for a new air intake pipe as mine is all warped and not sealing properly :lol:
