our Galaxy has been suffering from a loud knocking from the front for some time now

 

I replaced the drop links and the noise reduced, and now tonight ihave noticed that i can push the susspension up by about 1/2 an inch to which i have been told that the bushes have gone.

 

it has also been suffering from uneven wear on the front tyres (worn outside edge)

 

could someone tell me how to replace these and how much/where to get them from, and if this could fix the uneven wear?

If that refers to the suspension / macpherson strut mount top (its a rubber insulator with a bearing inside that the shocker strut connects to in the engine housing), I sourced some online for about
