HullHornet#30 Posted March 11, 2007 Author Report Posted March 11, 2007 ok thankyou found the temp change does it also change the external temp readout? still in the dark about what a/c is though, and sorry to be a pain but what does the econ button do? Quote
NikpV Posted March 11, 2007 Report Posted March 11, 2007 sorry - A/C - air conditioning - Climate control (which you do have) means you set the temp and the air con runs to keep the temperature at that (either heating or cooling) its a glorified heater/cooler with humidity control Quote
HullHornet#30 Posted March 11, 2007 Author Report Posted March 11, 2007 Ahh so i set the temp and the air con works to get it too that temp. sounds so simple yet from what i've already read seems to cause so many problems and headaches, oh well i suppose this is what i get for wanting a nice new car and lots of toys. Quote
Ivor_E_Tower Posted March 11, 2007 Report Posted March 11, 2007 ..and "Econ" turns the aircon off, although the system will still try to maintain the temperature by regulating the amount of heat coming into the car. Best to always leave the system on "auto" so that the aircon system seals stay lubricated. Quote
