I see you are new to the forum too however you were able to post. I am not 6 yoa and this is getting off to a bad start for myself as a new member which was not my intension! I hoped to get info and first hand tips from other galaxy owners which would help me learn about the vehicle and save some hard earned Quote
Guest pan59 Posted March 10, 2007 Report Posted March 10, 2007 I shouldn't worry too much about it smoking, as they tend to do this most of the time anyway, mines always smoked after startup, I would just let it keep running, unless it is continuously doing it. Thanks - you're right it has always smoked a bit when starting, but now it IS doing it continuously! Someone else has also said it's a no-no to pull the fuse until I can repair it - can anyone tell me what damage I might be causing - considering the temp. around here is hovering around 10oC for the majority of the time I use the car? ThanksATBI can tell you what happened to mine when i pulled the fuse, or rather the garage did after i told them too. The engine temp gauge does not work and it takes ages to to get heat into the cabin, plus your fuel consumption increases Quote
