Fixes Made To The Forum Today

-I can confirm that the auto topic is now stopped as 4 members have joined since the last one

-I have fixed a few bugs in the download section, as well as adding a few technical files in easy to read format

- I have reduced the caching of the arcade to improve speed and rank positions,

 

I will be doing a few other things today which at some point may slightly alter the performance of the site during the process, but I doubt it will

I have upgraded to th latest version of the forum on another site as that was so far behind it was run on steam, the upgrade is mainly to do with functionallity rather than looks, so in essence all is exactly the same
