Speedo Needle's

i'm trying too make my clock's light up blue .Have got all the led's but it still light's up blue green not blue like gooner's dash. Had a look and there's a green transfer over the back of the numbers so need to scrape it off so can anyone tell me how to get the needle's off please. :lol:

you pull them off the shaft! remembering exactly where they were located! or else when you replace them they wont read correctly!

don't they rest on a pin try'd to pull one off earlyer but didn't want to break it
