_dg Posted December 9, 2003 Report Posted December 9, 2003 Whenever I go to indicate right, I accidentally flash mainbeam. I think the indicator stalk is a little too sensitve. People think I am flashing them on. This is annoying, and if you have pulled out in front of me only to watch me speed by, or have pulled over onto the hard shoulder because the guy behind is flashing you, then I appologise Quote
Guest SA Intruder Posted December 16, 2003 Report Posted December 16, 2003 No problems with this, nor setting the Cruise. Not sure which model you have? Quote
Guest Paul L Posted December 18, 2003 Report Posted December 18, 2003 I have this problem on my Mk.I Galaxy and it does really bug me. The other thing that annoys me even more about the indicator stalk is that when I do try to 'flash' somebody, the main beam switch locks into position and I have to very quickly disengage it. One driver I flashed into Sainsbury's car park thought I was annoyed with him for some reason because my main beam stayed on for so long! He did see the funny side though when I apologies and explained the problem to him. The irony of the whole thing? He was driving a Chrysler Voyager. Snob!!!! His wife was a bit tasty though! Quote
Guest Andy Posted December 30, 2003 Report Posted December 30, 2003 Chrysler Voyager. YUCK YUCK HEAP HEAP DOO DAA DOO DAA PUKE PUKE HORIBLE Quote
Guest piperdog Posted January 19, 2004 Report Posted January 19, 2004 had a same problem but totally different but it was a fault though ,if i had cruise control on and indicated left ,the c.c. would turn off .it was down to the stalk and it had to go Quote
