Power Folding Door Mirrors

Hello

 

Does anyone know anything at all about the power fold mirrors?

 

I ask because i have just managed ot get hold of door mirrors of a 2004 ghia mondeo which are the power fold type with puddle lights.

These mirrors can fit my ST220 (2002) which has heated/elec mirrors.

 

I have checked the fuse box and it has an empty slot for the brown power fold mirror relay, and to my surprise is wired already! Also i aquired the power fold switch and the airing already there going to that in my loom has 9 wires!!

 

The only prob is that the exsisting wiring on the doors only has 5 wire plugs and the new mirrors have 9.

2 extra for the power to the motor and 2 for the light, the light isnt a problem i will get extra wire and run these to the curtsey lights which come on when u unlock etc so will power the lights on the mirrors.

My only question really is where do i need to run the other 2 wires for the motor in the mirror? to the relay? or the switch ? etc

I have tried to obtain a wiring diagram but even haynes dont do one. can anyone help !!!
