whats going on go away for a week and suddenly more chiefs than indians

i mean if a admin bod makes a fubar nothing

if a moderater makes a fubar what?

now there are more of THEM making posts so who monitors the site higherarcy we will be back at the begining again soon as every one will be a area rep moderator or admin bod

now if you ask me this is monitoring gone a little crazy

surely each area having a rep good but then a different person is a mod and then higher up an admin bod

now not having a go at any person as you are doing a job i could not do (could not keep my mouth shut long enough with out saying something to some one to truthfull and getting my self in trouble with the god like at the top (great site glenn -meaning that it aint a snipe ).

but a better way to do it would be to ask who want to be an area rep then also ask them to monitor a perticular area of the forum e.g jokes and or technical

they then become a good well balanced team but keeping it yo a sensible level

THIS IS MY VIEW OR WHAT IS BECOMING A MORE OF THEM AND US AND THEREFORE BECOMING TWO SIDED :lol:

this is not a jibe or dig at what is a good natured( well most the time) site

i mean come on how can a 18 year old student have any life experiance or common sence to make such rulings that effect the forum and its running also should all mods or admins have a sense of humour so they can take some stick with out loosing there rag? :lol:

given that I am 47 and have taught 13 - 18 year olds for 20 years whose reason for being is to get a rise/make me lose my rag I feel that I have developed enough of a sense of humor - no single mod decides, it is a joint decision betweeen 2 or more mods (provided it is not a clear breach of AUP) the concept of a team approach should be evident.....
