Hi, here i'm again... ^_^

Last week, i plugged my new keyless entry sytem, and everything work!!!!!!!!!!

The only thing that didn't work, it's the Anti-theft ON indicator (the red led).

Normaly, when you lock the doors, this led blinks, to indicate that the imobiliser is on (i don't have alarm).

But with the new system, when i lock the door, the led didn't work????????????????????

Has anybody a solution??????????, to activate the PATS??????????????????

 ^_^

Best regards, Greg...

does the led flash when you start the car? the fact that you can start the car means that the pats system is operating ^_^ if the led is not working at all? it is most likely that the wiring to it has failed or become disconnect when you installed the new remote locking kit!

as long as you are dead locking the doors via the remote locking? and the pats system is operating covertly ^_^ you should have nothing to worry about!

Hi Greg there is no need to post the same post on more than one forum here - the same peeps read each generally so one post will do usually

when you use the new remote set up does it dead lock the doors? try sitting in the car and locking it via the remote, then try opening the door? if you can open it then your not dead locking the doors via the remote! not good

if this happens with a window open try locking the doors via the lock with the key and then see if you open the door from the inside? if you cant then they are dead locked! and IIRCthe LED should now flash if it's connected?
