Squealling Aux Belt?

Hello,

I have a Alhambra 1.9Tdi(1999), lately it suffered from a loud squealling noise,

usaually last for a minute after start up, and occasionally come back again.

I noticed my tensioner/idle wheel is sitting on half the width of the Aux belt.

Is this normal?, Last week it slipped off, The AA man mangaed to get it back,and

suggested I took it to a garage to get it tigthened. It seem to stayed for a week now but the noise is

still there,on and off.

On Ebay , a guy is selling the full kit,ie. tensioner,belt and wheel for around
