Hi Kizzie

i have the same problem every now and then

it turns out that 1 of the mini fuses down the left hand side of the fuse box

had bit of a loose connection.

The fuse you are looking for is a brown 5amp mini fuse it is the 5th fuse down

the is connected to all the on board electronics

hope this helps!

Due to other issues, I have recently been checking fuses, and I found that although two were labelled 'interior lights', they had no effect on them at all. I have a thickish red cable about 10cm long that comes out of the wiring loom in the fusebox, which plugs into a connector near the fuses. When unplugged, this turns off all the interior lights and gives exactly the same symptoms as you have with the central locking - also, it stops the indicators bleeping when you try to lock or unlock. Same symptoms?

If so, then check the cable is securely plugged in.
