we used to go the sales alot after christmas used to buy kids something open christmas day then the rest of the money they spent it in the sales they loved it but i dont bother now i just give them the money and they do what they want with it

sales are a con, cos no matter what you do, theres always something better for less a month down the line.

 

...a lot of sales are just getting rid of old - obsolete stock!

 

so really, your not getting a bargain at all!

The sales are no longer any cheaper than shopping around and buying on the internet, I tend to use www.froogle.co.uk to price check a product. The only real bargains are usually clothes, but they're over priced to start with.

..and I'd never buy clothes (or footwear) off the internet. Must check the feel of the material, the true colour and size
