Had a great day today - kids up at 7.30 - all loved their presents - NO hissy fits from anyone (first year for that!) - dinner was cooked beautifully by Toni (too much of it as always!) - played with kids all afternoon - watched Star Wars - had a little kip - and then ......

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remembered I was in work at 8pm :lol: :lol: :16:

Still here - and will be until 8am :P :P :D

 

All sympathy greatly received by all - and no, I'm not getting paid any more for being here today :lol: :lol:

for overtime it's either trebble bubble or double bubble and equal time off in lieu. Unfortunately I was rotad in so it's covered in my standard "unsociable hours" payment!

 

Thankfully it hasn't been busy and have just woken up from 4 hours kip! Am currently having xmas pud and custard for breakfast!!! :D :lol: :P

Put it this way, it was still dark when the kids finished opening all the presents !

 

Must make a mental note, no more kids...........

 

HAPPY BOXING DAY.................why so much packaging, we have a small mountain of opened boxes on the driveway now.

My kids asked me this morning if they could have all the empty boxes to build a cardboard snowman :lol:

arghhh, iv come on here, to get away from dad and grandad!, "back in my day, when we didnt have tv's or computers, we used to walk 25 miles to school, while Hitler was dropping bombs on us"....then the subject goes to their wife's, then to, "immigration", then to death :rolleyes:

 

it happens every Christmas!
