Wheever I see the term " FULLY ROAD LEGAL" on car items advertised on ebay

You can be sure they are not !

 

And this case is no exception...fully road legal on private roads not on the public highway.

 

However I see plenty of cars driving around with blue lights at the front, back underneath as well as multitudes of other colours.........

High intensity headlights that are wholly illegal for road use being sold......you can now blind oncoming drivers about 3 miles away...slight exageration but you get the point.....

 

that I dont think most driivers care about the law and or causing the death of other road users through blinding or confusing them.

 

I always thought Galaxy drivers on a whole were the more sensible relaxed type not "boy racers are us"

 

Maybe its just me, turning into a miserable old git.
