Guest Cepheus Posted December 16, 2006 Report Posted December 16, 2006 CSV = comma separated variables. Depends on what satnav system you have Comma Separated Values ...... it's a format designed for importing data into a spreadsheet or database of some kind. "Sat Nav, garmin streetpilot c510 deluxe" ... taken from the topic title  Is there any info on the Garmin site for this? Do you need special connection software to link the unit to your PC to transfer the files to a specific folder on the unit itself? I know on tomtom on a pda they have to go in the map folder for it to pick them up and on my Navman you have to use the connection software to add more POIs EDIT: OK .. saw your editted reply too late  Glad you sorted it lol Quote
gregers Posted December 16, 2006 Author Report Posted December 16, 2006 the info was sent to me in an email only about 350k of information in rar format.amazing really that it can hold so much once again thanx Quote
