Guest neil_wiles Posted December 11, 2006 Report Posted December 11, 2006 Those pictures were taken at the summer solstice both In Avebury at Dawn and at Old Sarum castle 2004 as the heat haze acted as a magnifying glass to enlarge the Cathedral which is about 2 miles from the castle but on a hot day can be seen clearly.
