mentioned these to the founts of all knowledge (where computer games are concerned) - year 11/12/13 students - after listening to a babble of techno speak I gather that they can be a bit fragile considering the abuse they are designed for :lol:

We pre-ordered ours from the wrong supplier back in September.

Wii arrived today - seems to be good fun, but I can't get near it... The kids are having a marathon bowling session.

 

(If the safety cord does break and dings my (rather old) telly I'll be able to justify buying that 1080HD flat screen... then ban the Wii to the kids room. <_< )
