Guest wolfie Posted December 9, 2006 Report Posted December 9, 2006 in what way have you 'adjusted the switch'?i've wound the switch out so the switch has a gap when fully pressed nope! press and hold the pedal down, then pull the plunger out of the switch to it's full length, then release the pedal, job done! by the sounds of it all you have done is twisted the switch in it's mounting plate thinking that the locating lugs are use to adjust the switches position! to be honest it sounds likes the switch is on it's way out! replace it and be done with it ps. the adjustment method I suggest is the old style adjustment! apparently there is a new style switch that has a different adjustment/setting technique?
