Heavy Breathing 2.8

got a galaxy 2.8 1995 that is blowing smoke out of air box area and when i take oil filler cap off it smokes out of there no misfire and no smoke out of exhaust drove it back and got upto 70 mph easily with no exhaust smoke i thought crank breather but cant find it not looked too hard though anyone tell me where to find it or any other ideas cheers chaz

oil breather pipe normally runs from top of engine to the air filter somewhere not sure as mines a 2.0

you should also have a breather from the crankcase aswell though

crank breather is here marked number 1

 

when you look at the engine follow it up the left hand side to where the engine almost touches the air filter box the crank breather is a black disc attached to the engine via a black box and pipe and attaches to the air intake pipe just behind the engine in mine the pipe has come away from the disc easy to replace yourself part is about
