He was on the hard shoulder speaking to some guy with a yellow coat and with some fancy blue halogen headlights on his car, maybe he was comparing boy racer equipment. Although they must have been broken cause they were flashing and he had obviously removed them to have a look at and placed them conveniently on his roof. Couldn't see the model of the car cause I was on the phone. Quote
