JohnR Posted November 21, 2006 Report Posted November 21, 2006 Just thought I'd collate all the various bits of service paperwork that came with my Galaxy. See attached spreadsheet (zipped) if you're interested. Looks like the previous owner got off fairly lightly for nearly 100K miles! Other than tyres (1 tyre every 6400 miles on average!) and brakes it was just routine services and 3 engine undertrays! Now for a motor with this much ground clearance, how can it get through 3 engine trays??? John PS. Wonder how long he lived with the knackered compressor?? Must get round to that in the spring! gregers Posted November 21, 2006 Report Posted November 21, 2006 probably because they were taken off at service time and not replaced by the trained monkeys, who probly sold em back to him :) Quote
JohnR Posted November 22, 2006 Author Report Posted November 22, 2006 probably because they were taken off at service time and not replaced by the trained monkeys, who probly sold em back to him :( Probably true. Reckon they hardly ever put all 6 screws back in! Looking at the service record, the worrying thing in the light of recent posts is that it hasn't had drive shafts replaced yet! Hmmm......how long have I got?? Knowing my luck it'll go mid-way to the alps in a blizzard! Quote
