Can It Get Any Worse

Amid the preparations for year eleven mock exams and year 10 GCSE modules we get the news that Their Royal highnesses the Queen and Price Philip are coming next Friday to open the new school buildings - chaos - members of the management team imitating feathered foul without heads. Apparently security is intense every cupboard empty and security sealed armed police the lot :) :)

 

Now we get the news that in the same week (monday & tuesday) we are having an OFSTED inspection (4 yearly ritual of torture for a school)

 

Total result - rehearsals etc knock 5 days out of the remaining 10 for the kids revision :D :D

They're coming to make sure that all this extra money being promised for science teachers is not going to waste. :) :D :D Andy.

Never mind Nik there's the 2 week Christmas holiday to look forward to and then it's all of 8 weeks until the next one.
