Just thinking that the centre dash storage box would be a handy place for a hide-away sat-nav system. When you opein it, there are notches (3 I think) at left and right. You could imagine a cross bar sitting in those to support the unit. Anyone know what they are intended for, and whether there are any standard bits that would work in there?

Isn't search a wonderful thing to do. ;) :16:

Only if you correctly define the search criteria!

A search for satnav gave 429 hits (and I read about 50 of them before getting bored). A search for centre storage box gave 2 hits. If you get things just right it works great. Trouble is, people have different names for things.

Amazing what a quick search reveals ..... ;)

Excellent link! And what a fantastic place for a sat-nav! Oh yes, I've just got to do it! :16:
