Ronnie W. Posted October 19, 2006 Report Posted October 19, 2006 If the milk spilt from a leaking jug on the way home from the shopThe dairy company will pay to valet the carMy firm does Quote
Guest HairyPlateEater Posted October 19, 2006 Report Posted October 19, 2006 If you know where it is, mix up some bicarbonate of soda and a little water and rub it on the area affected then blot up using kitchen roll. Might have to repeat the application, but should work. If you don't know where the spillage was then simply attach a clothes peg to a long piece of string and hang on your rear view mirror. Attach peg to nose when driving to remove the smell completely! Quote

I'm partly to blame, I had been carrying a new bottom sash, ( window ), in the Galaxy for a couple of days, the kids smelt it first, I thought it was the glue the joiners had used but the pong has got stronger, really unpleasent. Yesterday I discovered a Tesco bag that had a puddle of spilit milk in it, the children must have kicked it under the seats or something, hell it reeked, I thought once I had removed the source,---- phew I don't think so.
