would it not be possible for the poster of bad/old/repeated jokes to just add them onto an existing one they have posted instead of starting 200 new topics and filling the active topics page with their name and a list of repeated bad jokes? after all their post count still increases and the single topic with it's additions still stay on the page :ph34r: just an idea?

Yes - seems like a reasonable idea - all we'll need is some one to tell us which jokes they've seen so that we know not post the wrong ones. :wacko: Would you like the job? :wacko:

just post on the end of one thread we can then just look at the first unread post to the end of the thread especially as it appears that the poster doesn't know if they've posted the joke before or not :wacko: :wacko:
