hi i had a recent power loss changed maf still the same ,had a look at the turbo and the pipe going into the actuator is slit very badly ,will this cause my power loss.its the pipe in the middle of the actuator ,spacecowboy

Yes. Any vacuum loss will cause a power loss. Worth checking all the other pipes if one has split.
