sounds a good all in one package ... and nice to have wireless router included too. They are never strict with the 40bg cap either, except if you are going way over the top every month, then they charge you through the nose for it.

Just a pity it's BT lol ..... Cable ... if you can, you should! lmao

Well I just have to bite!!! BT is just that - British Telecom  - NTL/Telewest - Bloody Yanks!!! Orange - Bloody Frogs, T Mobile - Bloody Krauts

BT British? Ok so some of their companies are listed on the London Stock exchange, some in New York. Some trade in the UK, some in practically every other country in the developing world. 58% of employees are in the UK. Their Board of executive directors consists of 3 British, 1 Dutch, 1 French.

Ntl Telewest's holding company ntl Inc is listed on New York Stock Exchange. Ntl Telewest Ltd trades ONLY in the UK with its operational head office in Hampshire. 95% of employees are employed in Britain and 100% of its customer base in the UK. It's sole largest shareholder is British (Sir Richard Branson with 14% holding). Executive Directors: 2 British, 2 American, Executive Senior Management team: 2 Americans, 1 New Zealander, 1 French, 3 Brits.

Buy British .... buy ntl Telewest!!!!!

Hmmm... and how many Brits does NTL Telwest employ?

I don't know where you get your facts from but they are wrong - BT Group employs just over 100,000 people 88% of which are employed in the UK.

ntl no way lol  :D

sky and bt everytime

but i have my reasons :D :P :D :D

Most of your BT "Facts" are wrong - I also think you may have slightly miscalculated the number of employees NTL has in the UK. More like 6400 than 64,000! :D

Whatever way you cut it - NTL is no way British - BT is wholly and totally British.

Ok - firstly BT's core network is totally fibre - and that was the main thrust of the investment - so your point is wrong.

The 21Cn is not about fibre but about IP it's intention is to transform the entire BT UK & International Network network to an IP platform with all TDm switches replaced. NTL's network is TDM not IP Hybrid or otherwise.

BT's network is NOW fibre .... thats the point I was making ... but they had to spend
