I have just bought a late 2003 (53) Galaxy 1.9TDI (130bhp) and it's not bad, despite a few little probs here and there. But as it seems that so many people appear to be having problems with their Air Con, I thought I would come on here to say that my Air Con doesn't work either!!! Now I kinda feel like I belong!? When I first got the car the Air Con just blew nothing but the same air temperature that was outside. I would start the car and if I turned the Air Con on, the revs would go up a little, but that was it. what blew out was just warm air even with the temp set on low. I took my car to Nationwide Autocentres last week to have it re-gassed and they did just that. They told me that they had re-gassed it and checked for leaks etc etc and everything was fine, expect for the fact that the air just wouldn't blow cold or for that matter hot!. They told me that it might be a problem with the compressor, but I was told the other week that my compressor was okay? Anyway, despite the fact that my Air Con still didn't work, I must give credit to Nationwide Autocentres as they kindly waived the
