  1. ours is a 03 plated 1.9tdi auto, so far so good except for the rumbling noise from the front somewhere? and the shitty attempts at spare wheel change in the wet, lol. Only had two new tyres and break pad changes so far, she does have the unusual habit of going into different gears sometimes though, lol.

  3. Having just passed another MOT with no problems, (second year running) the guy who does my MOT's as put an advisory on the MOT slip about the heater pipes going down to the fuel tank. There is a very small leak hardly noticable but it is there, it's the connection between aluminium pipes and rubber connectors, the jubilee connectors are showing water escape stains, so i will be getting them replaced, it will cost me around

  5. We pull our 6 birth twin axled tourer all over the country, shes been a great tug. Only drawback is the fuel side of things, she loves a drink our gal (1.9TDI - 115 - auto) We get a return of around 34MPG all in, which when you look at it ain't really that bad, lol. We love her. ^_^

Hi everyone, hope you can help please, i get a weird soft knocking noise from the front of the car, usually at slow speeds while driving in a straight line? i have just this week had the MOT done it flew through, i still asked the garage to have a look for anything loose or out of the ordinary, and they said everything is safe and sound, but the knocking is still there? It only happens now and then NOT ALL THE TIME, but it is a worry. Anyone please?

  12. hello everyone, my names paul i live in the midlands (black country) we have a 2003 1.9 tdi auto (115) she is really good, but started to suffer the dreaded 'lazy lag syndrome' lately :rolleyes: i noticed from other questions on here about the same thing, it could be one of fifty different things, oh well better start saving the pennies for new parts etc. still love my gal, hope you don't bite - well not to hard, lol.
