BEFORE I have a mishap whilst hooking up and dent my bumper I'm looking to get a bumper protector. I've seen loads (fleebay etc) for the standard flange towball, where the protector plate bolts betweem the supporting bracker and the tow ball with the bolts longitudinal to the vehcile. My Gal Mk II came with a swan neck, which bolts onto the towbar bracket using two bolts which are transverse to the vehicle. Anyone know if you can get a bumper protector to fit this type of tobar ? Was searching the web looking to buy some mudflaps and came across this site,... so I joined up. Looks like there's a whole load of very interesting and useful information out there (amongsnt the usual piles of garbage). Nothing gone wrong with new (to me) car (yet !), so I don't need to search the archives, and hopefully not for a long while yet. SM
