The car came with 3 months warranty. Suprise suprise it doesn't cover "electrical" or alarms,stereos etc but only major engine problems! Will get it hooked up to one of these VAG things locally and see what they say.

Got an auto 2001 2.3 Ghia a couple of months ago. Suffered flat batteries and Fords Dagenham have fitted a new alternator. I have also had a problem with the airbag light constantly on. The diagnosis was a main drivers module fault which would cost
