  1. I also agree to the beer trick. The only problem is that it won't only be the slugs that are attracted to it. :o :o And don't forget to get rid of the "evidence" before the she get up and see what you did to her "pets". ;)  decappo

  6. Hello again. I found another picture that I wanted to show you last time. I know that it is in the motor compartment, but it does make a difference. It is from the German Forum www.SGAF.de which is all about the Galaxy's and it's sister cars VW Sharan and Seat Alhambra. decappo
  7. Hello bodgerd. Open the bonnet and see if there is a piece of foam missing from the area above the air filter. I do have a picture, but as a newbie, I cannot upload them so I "borrowed" one from "Changing Your Air Flow Meter, 'How To' guide with Pictures" ckick ^_^ http://www.bigtrucker.co.uk/images/maf/001.jpg It would be the piece of foam next to the rubber lip. I know that it is small, but it does make a difference. But the sound would come from the small triangle window in front. If the sound is from the door area, then I have no idea. Decappo
  8. Hi again. I am aware of that, but as far as I knew, he asked about fitting the clock, not the heater :) :D :D Decappo
  9. Hi there. Yes it can be done. What is needed? - Digital clock 7M3 9919203 - Framework 7M0 867,659 - Retaining plate 7M0 867,660 -6m 0,75er cable - Insulating tape, cable strap etc.
  10. Hi nimrod, Go to VW handler and ask for part number: 7M3 881 087 seat mounting cover It should point them in the right direction. Cost??
  11. Hello As far as I know, the chain will last as long as the motor. Some people have it checked at the Ford dealer around 120Tkm, but the Ford 2.0 and 2.3l motors usually have no problems. The V6 on the other hand.... Decappo
