Thanks for your help, Got a V reg 2.3 auto galaxy bought 2 years ago, on 92k now, took out a 3 year warrenty cover but the cat is not covered, so took it back to the dealer (motornation) to check a faulty mid passenger window and mentioned about misfire/stutter lack of power between 2000 to 3000 revs. diagnosed coil packs, got them replaced + new plugs, all so fitted a new window motor, all covered under the warrenty + curtsy car for the day. happy now. the only reason i went to a ford dealer is i had the car serviced there 2 weeks ago and this problem started a week later. well happy with the 3 year warrenty cover, cost was
