I haven't sorted it yet, it's still intermitent. At least I know where to find the switch now. I'm wondering if it's a lose connection or a sticky switch, I've got some switch cleaner here somewhere. Thanks for the help.

The handbrake 'on' warning light on my Mondeo only seems to come on sometimes, it would appear to me that the handbrake light switch is packing up but I can't seem to find any referance as to where it is. Does anyone know about this? The dash light for brake system check light always comes on when I turn the ignition on so it's not the bulb in the dash. Thank for any help on this.

Don't get 6x9's, I don't think they'll fit (well not easy anyway). You'll need the 165mm round speakers. Front and rear doors use the same speakers.

The speakers I fitted are FLI Integrator 6 and are speced at 48mm depth and seemed to have plenty of space. Make sure you route the cable away from the moving window parts in the door, I zip tied my leads to another cable in the door but don't pull the zip tie tight. Check out www.fliaudio.co.uk full details are on that site. You should be able to get hold of them from Halfords but go to the largest store in your aera then you can hear them on the sound board.
