:o Inbetween Xmas and the new year ny V6 Auto (which I love) had the engine warning light come on and was running very badly. I called the local Ford Main Dealer (Inchscape Farnborough) who wasid they couldnt see the car for 3 days - but it sounded like a simple re-program of the Engine Management System (standard answer maybe??). I took it in 3 days later - believing what they told me on the phone and decided to walk around Farnborough for a couple of hours while they looked at it. After 4 hours I walked back - to be told that they were still investigating, and would need it over night. SO I got a taxi home and awaited their call the following day. Nothing happened - so I called them at 5.00pm. They said that 2 ignition coilds had gone and they were waiting for the parts (this was warranty work BTW). Another 2 days passed - and yet again I had to call them. They said it would be ready the following day - which it was. Here I am some 10 weeks after and the same thing happens. Engine warning light on and running bad. It takes Inchscape 3 days to see the car - still no phone calls - I call them, they say they need it over night. I call them the following day - they say this time it will take 5-10 working dasy to get the new ignition coil! No courtsey car - no rental car offered - nothing! I love my Galaxy, but I am now worried that ignition coild going every 10 weeks will casue it to be unreliable . . . Any thoughts or comments would be greatfully accepted. Many thanks Pete

Hi I just picked up a demonstrator Galaxy with a DVD player already installed (registered Jan this year). Trouble is that most of my DVDs are Region 2, 3 and 4 - so they don't play on the DVD system. Anyone know of a "hack"? Cheers Pete
