Hi, Rear springs are a doddle to fit just unbolt the shock absorber and lower the arm down to release the spring , I find the front are easier to do if you remove the strut with the hub still attached, just disconnect the balljoint, T.R.E., Drop link, caliper, disconnect the plug on the ABS sensor and slide the hub off the Driveshaft, it sounds a lot but it is easier than trying to wrestle the strut in/out of the hub while it is still on the car. The strut tops will be rusty as the water just lies in them, (poor design!), so give them a good soak with release oil (you have to remove the panel under the windscreen to gain access. only three bolts)and make sure the allen key and swan necked spanner are a good fit , also use a good set of spring clamp when you remove the springs from the struts and while you've got them stripped you should replace the strut top bushes and bearings (don't cost much). I lowered the wifes Alhambra 50mm and it looks just right with the 18" wheels and made a big difference to the handling. Cheers, Paul T.
