I have a 02 registered 1.9 TDi Ghia Galaxy. On the drivers door there are two illuminated switches for locking and unlocking all the doors. There appears to be a loose connection on one of the switches because the light flashes on and off sometimes or is not on at all. I asked the main dealer about it - whether they could check for a loose connection or replace the bulb - and all they wanted to do was replace the whole switch panel including all the electric window switches! All I want is to get the switch illumination working - so can anyone advise how the switch unit can be removed from the drivers door so I can examine it? Thanks

If anyone finds a solution to this ticking sound when the auxiliary heater kicks in I would really appreciate knowing about it. This noise is the only gripe have have with an otherwise beautiful car! Thanks

I have just fitted CARK 132 to my Galaxy and have tried to find the radio mute connection on my 5000RDS radio without success. :rolleyes: I have tried connection each wire to earth with a 12V tester as suggested in an earlier post without success. Can anyone point me in the right direction in finding which wire/pin in the radio mute on an 5000RDS radio? Thanks
