  1. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=180345943967 Looks like a genuine guy selling a great item!!! :D
  2. I have just bought an 08 Zetec and have the same issue. Let us know how you get on Jules. Thanks.
  3. Cheers guys. :D Pal
  4. Found this on the drive under the car the other day. :D Any ideas??? Cheers.
  5. I did mine with a sharp stanley knife. From the back I followed the template and just pushed the point of the blade carefully through periodically around the template. The tip of the blade was taken up by the foam and the slack in the cloth. Once right round I pushed it out from the front. I then cut an x in the cloth with scissors to fully receive the bracket. This method did not snag the material and if any fibres were cut as the blade came through you certainly cannot see it as they are subsequently covered by the bracket. Good luck. Pal
  6. You done it too Tommie? Give us the details and share in my shame. :o Pal
  7. I had a similar internal water feature on my 54 plate Focus. If you open the boot and just prise down the rubber holding the roof lining up a little left of centre i.e. in line with where the pipe comes through to the boot, you will see where two pipes connect. Mine were disconnected so I just pushed them back together - job done. Water can show in the funniest of places and be nowhere near the origin of the leak! Good luck.
  8. Car is back and is running fine. And the cost?
  9. If you take it off, can you get more throttle and GO FASTER?
  10. Sorry mate, Duke would get my vote but I always appreciate a bit of bribery and corruption in the democratic process  so I'll vote Dino for you. Good luck.
  11. Quote Big_Kev "You do realise that all the Girlie's on this forum have now printed this off and are laughing at you." I know... wot a PLONKER!!!! I am more than happy to be the butt of the joke, I really do deserve it! I will not try to make any excuses for my mistake. Funnily enough I had consecutive diesel Mondeos over a 10 year period whilst my wife always had petrol cars. Now I have a petrol Focus and she has a diesal Gal. All I can say is thank heavens for insurance. I am truly humble. Yours embarrassingly.... Pal
  12. Phoned Shiela's Wheels this morning and whatever the extent of the damage, apparently it is covered. Just a
  13. Thanks for the optimism guys, I so hope you are right about not causing any damage. Anyone know any trustworthy and reasonably priced garages in the South Herts/North London area? Cheers. Pal
