Hi All I have recently purcahsed a 2003 tdi with dual airco. I'm looking at a the roof mounted dvd option but wanted to know if anyone done this. to me it does not seem possible due to the vents in the roof but if anyone can confirm that would be great. Thanks..

had similar issue and clutch had actually come off. car now sold with non working aircon..

Hi Guys hopefully a mod will move this into the technical section until i get my post count up. Anyway, greeting to one and all and thankyou in advance for any assistance.. At the moment i have an issue with the front demister on my 2.3 auto (2001) mk2, when i first got the car it used to be very strong and clear the front windscreen in seconds..now my wife tells me its next to useless, you can hear the fans but the power is not there and clearing the front screen can take minutes (10 or more).. I have the climate control ( aircon packed up - another story) so just using it on ecom mode. front vents seen good and fairly strong but you dont get that blast when on max speed setting that we used to.. I have seen some threads to do with fuses and resistor packs but im not sure if these relate as there is some airflow- just very week from the font top vents. Any advise? Also is there anyone Near Reading, berkshire that can recommend someone to give the autobox a flush and topup of oil ? Many thanks
