I just thought I would add to the already large number of posts about Galaxy tailgate wiring faults. (00 Galaxy Ghia) Yesterday I had a whole host of probems in the tailgate area 1) Reversing lights not working. 2) Fog lights not working. 3) Tailgate lock solonoid not working. 4) Rear wiper not working. 5) Fog light warning light showing whenever the lights were switched on even with the fog lights switched off. 6) Intermittent operation of the parking sensors. All faults were traced to one broken thick brown wire in the RHS loom entry into the tailgate. Wire repaired - All now back working.

Has anyone had personal experience of replacing a heater matrix. Following a persistant slow cooling system leak, the anti freeze was so weak in my Sharan that the heater matrix froze and split last nignt (silly boy). I have taken a quick look at the TIS and it looks a dreadful job !
